THE PURSUIT OF YOUR FULL POTENTIAL . . .

As the idea for the research for my book began around 12 years ago, I never suspected it would lead me to so many different aspects of both, health, and fitness.

In parallel, you never suspect, upon continuous sessions, how much you can progress.

The phrase, ‘reach your genetic potential’ as heard enough to concern some people. But the sad truth is that no where near the amount of people actually reach their genetic potential because they give up and, I believe whole heartedly, that they tell themselves excuses and use that to their disadvantage . . .

‘Oh, I have a family now, so I don’t get to exercise as much’ - what? You don’t have a yard, a garden, a living room?!

‘Oh, you know, I work 40, sometimes 45 hours a week, I don’t have time for the gym’ - You don’t have time to do a ten-minute interval session in your house?!

‘No man, I can’t, it takes me an hour to get to work, and back!’ - You cannot schedule yourself a 10-15 minute session daily?!

Reflecting on those statements above, we can understand why they feel this way when we look deeper into it.

For example, how many of us have thought that because we don’t have the correct equipment, we cannot reach our own personal goals? I know I have, and that train of thought leads us to these excuses, can you see?

We give up to early because we lack the patience and foresight to see further ahead.

Don’t give up just because you don’t have the equipment and means to get the results exactly the way you want - it’s a wrong train of thought that can lead to those excuses and eventually, complete inaction. This then leads to regret, when you do have less time!

You will never reach your genetic potential like this.

IT TAKES YEARS FOR YOU TO FULLY REALIZE WHAT YOUR GENETIC POTENTIAL ACTUALLY IS!

Are you not patient?

Are you not consistently putting in the time, little by little?

And the final question, What are you really afraid of?

It’s about YOU and what YOU put in!

No matter what your fitness plan is - 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 times per week - you keep going, and keep going, NEVER STOPPING . . .

Because the truly successful person in or out of the gym . . .

The one who realises their ‘genetic potential’, is the one who also realises that success in fitness, as in life . . .

Is the PURSUIT OF YOUR FULL POTENTIAL. . .

Which always moves every time you improve, because you learn more . . .

You become more and more aware of what you are truly capable of!

So become a fucking monster, become great!

Get those toned abs you want, and have that definition . . .

Get stronger, more durable . . .

You all have the potential to become Olympians!
