The ‘SECRET’ to Reversing Your Asthma

Have you ever went for a run for faster and longer than usual? Did it wind you? Did it make you feel like there’s a “bubble” in your chest and cause discofmort and maybe pain to the point of where you had to stop and clutch your chest, whilst taking a few deep breaths? These are symptoms of, pushing yourself too hard, but they also can be a sign of potential breathing problems. The majority of people with asthma or other breathing problems, tend to be diagnosed when they’re younger, so it will come as no surprise to them, and they will tend to have an inhaler on their person; even when swimming, they will ask a trusted person to keep it on the side for them whulst they’re training in the pool.
A lot of people aren’t sure what the cause of asthma is, however, what you should consider is the fact that a lot of people, to no fault of their own, listen to the doctor’s (MD’s) advice about the signs, symptoms and causes of asthma, but the sad truth is that they are misled by a profession that is guided by a philosophy of reductionism, which basically means the human biody has no souls and, in their view, has a perspective that the human body is made of seperate parts, and should be treated as such. This is why you get a medicine for each body part or function.
And do people have a reasonable expectation to trust the doctor, the MD? Yes of course, but at this point you should look around and ask if the people you surround yourself with everyday, are truly healthy….well, are they?
The Cause …
Asthma, like many breathing problems, is caused by a deficiency in the following:
Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s), such as Omega 3, 6, & 9 (requires vitman D & cholesterol to function optimally)
The mineral Manganese
The mineral Magnesium (requires cofactors such as calcium, boron, strontium, copper, glucosamine sulphate, zinc, etc. to function optimally) (Wallach et al, 2014)
Asthma can be triggered by trauma such as a car crash for example, because the physical damage to that person, may cause complications in the brionchioles, and bronchioli (these are structures within the lungs that help gaseous exchange between oxygen and carbon dioxide) (Davies and Moores, 2010). But the majority of time, I tink you’ll find that the cause is a deficiency of the above nutrients… let’s address that for a moment shall we? Why don’t people know this information?
The school systems right now, don’t teach this, primarily because there’s no free medical market, meaning, in this instance, that you only get free service for “orthodox” reductionistic practice, simply because they legislated themselves there! (See below)
Robber Baron’s Hostile Take-Over of Medicine
⦁ In 1901 the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research was founded, in which Simon Flexner was on the board of directors.
⦁ In 1904 the American Medical Association (AMA) created the Council for Medical Education. However, they needed money.
⦁ Enter Henry Pritchett of the Carnegie Foundation. Pritchett took over the Council for Medical Education (CME).
⦁ In 1905 Pritchett sent Simon’s brother Abraham Flexner around the country to do an inventory of all the medical schools.
⦁ In 1910 Abraham Flexner brought about the Flexner Report back to the Carnegie Foundatiion (CF).
⦁ In 1912 the AMA used the Flexner Report to ‘gin-up’ public fear against “quack” medicine
⦁ AMA lobbied congress (lobbying is illegal) to grant them the exclusive control over who could call themselves a doctor.
So how did this reach the ears of the United Kingdom? Well…
By October, 1910, when he arrived in England, Abraham Flexner had already been well known within the British medical circles, because Nicholas Murray Butler had distributed the report around Europe and there was concern; what was described as “British backwards study and scientific research were creating a sense of crisis in those aware of the occurring developments in scientific research and study in Germany and America. Of course, Sir William Oslar who arrived in oxford, England, to fill the Regis Chair in 1905, had sharply criticized the way British Medicine was conducted, in an address at the London hospital (Cushing, 1940, cited in Bonner, 1989). Henry Pritchett, William Henry Welch, and Friedrich von Miller all had their hand on the proposal to change the way British medicine was practiced, and while some of these acts held positive outcomes, their intentions were not pure and they did this entirely for money….
But back to asthma. I’ve already mentioned about the dificiencies, in turn telling you HOW to fix it, to reverse your symptoms for the better and become a much healthier version of yourself, but how do we do this correctly, AND, safely?
Identify the food causin inflammation and preventing you for absorbing the nutriton you need through eliminaion diets and rotationary diets
use the pulse test to identify pontentioal allergies that cause your bodily systems to becme inflammed and prevent digestion (psst! it doesn’t have to be a digestive inflammatory response to cause you problems)
Use a food diary to record foods, symptoms and feelings, 24, 48, and 72hours after you’ve consumed those individual foods.

REMEMBER: the absorption of nutritionis ESSENTIAL for helping the flow of bllod and gaseous exchange in the respiratory system, and, reversing your asthma and other breathing related problems, but it starts in your gut1
