The Problem with Fitness in the Workplace
And How to Fix It!
The fitness and health levels in the workplace is something that has always baffled and astounded me at the same time.
How can people who are on their feet all day be of so little fitness and health levels?
bone and joint pain
Stomach and bowel issues
hormonal problems
polyps appearing in places they shouldn’t
Asthma and other breathing problems
Vitamin D deficiencies
These are just a few of health problems I have noticed . . .
Overweight and obesity
Fatigue and low energy
Are others that have caused people to feel like shit; and have internal pain, which have triggered their regression of mental health.
Anxiety, low self-worth, and in some cases depression, have caused people to give up on their own body’s and yet, these are the same bodies that people use to perform work-related tasks.
It has become a HUGE problem in the workplace - because it effects their ability to perform at their best, which eventually effects their income - how can you perform when you feel exhausted all the time?!
You can’t!
To look after yourself start with these simple things:
drink 2.5L to 3L water/day
30 minutes brisk walk/20 minutes supersets/or 15 minutes of sprints per day
30 minutes before bed turn off ALL blue light (phones, tablets, tv’s etc.) to improve sleep and recover
Practice these simple (but hard to be consistent) habits for 60 days then email or DM me your thoughts
