I thought a lot about what you guys seemed to like, and some of you seem to be more interested in the Prehab/Rehab Exercises, especially those who have shown their interest on ‘LinkedIn’.

So Below, I have created a comprehensive list of exercises for different parts of the body:

You will have noticed that some exercises are used for both chest and shoulders, or back and shoulders. This is because some of these exercises work more than one muscle group at a time.

Further, it’s important to know for your training that these exercises can be merged with strength-training exercises to speed up your rehabilitation back into YOUR optimal condition.
