YOUR OPTIMAL FITNESS PLAN
Be Your Own Creator
Before I start this short blast, I want you to make a personal note that: the following statements is to build upon an already existing fitness plan.
After the initial drafts of my fitness plans for the Great North Swim, I started asking myself if I could improve upon these plans, and more importantly - what would they look like?
I stated coming up with new fitness patterns, mainly, fitness patterns that, if I had the time to exercise them and recover properly, what would my potential be?
I wanted to take inventory of the thought of 'Optimal Performance’. If you, the reader, had the time or made the time, what would your fitness plan look like?
Here’s a sample of my Fitness Plan, so you can get an idea:

Above is an example, although unfinished, of plans for the purpose of expanding creativity so you, the reader, can come up with your own improvements.
Thanks for reading everyone! I know this was a short one, but I wanted to help those of you who are struggling with something new. And remember, if you need to move session or REST days around, do it without hesitation!
