Nutritional Synergy
The Importance of the Method
The Synergy of Nutrients is still, to this day, something that’s completely misunderstood by medical professionals.
For example, manganese needs the following nutrition to work effectively:
Chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine sulphate, collagen
Calcium, magnesium, boron, strontium, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium, iodine
Vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin A
Cholesterol, essential fatty acids (EFA’s)
All of these nutrients need to be taken together in the same sitting. The must be in an absorbable form such as colloidal liquid form, or nutri-crystal powder that maintains it’s nutritional value in water.
These nutrients need to be absorbed effectively to have optimal positive change to your health, meaning, you must clean your diet up and rid the bad foods out of your system!
Finally, you must take optimal amounts for your body weight, if you weigh 210lb’s then you’re going to need more nutrition than someone who weighs 135lb’s and so on. Additionally, if you’re exercising, then you’re going to need more nutrition, because you lose it through sweat.
