Why Don’t Supplements Cooperate With You?
A Free Short Guide for the Uninformed ..
10th June 2023, @14:30 I entered the lake at Brochole-On-Windemere, and the water was salty, dark, and the waves had gotten stronger before we reached the half-way point. The competitors were many and the resistance the lake provided was so much different of that from an average 25 meter-pool. The wind picked up a little, and my vision was blurred from the condensation from the combination of the temperature and the water, all I saw during the same were different-coloured inflatable torpedo buoys.

After I had completed the mile-swim, I got out of the water dazed, extremely dehydrated, wobbly on my feet, and incrdebily warm ...
The lack of hydration, and calories contributed to me feeling dazed, wobbly, and overheated …

I thought, 'THAT was completely different than anything I had ever experienced' ...
And the same goes for nutrition, a lot of people seem to expect the "magic pill", or 'one supplement to rule them all', but the truth is it takes a solid healthy eating pattern combined with complete WHOLISTIC SUPPLEMENTATION/per 100lbs of your body weight (Wallach, Lan, and Schrauzer, 2014), PLUS the inate ability to absorb what you are consume, for food & supplements. However, either through false information through a friend whom has been mislead and just trying to help you; through media propeganda, or through professionals whom aren't taught properley, it becomes difficult to get the "right end of the stick".

Eating patterns MUST be HEALTHY, ADAPTABLE & SUSTAINABLE
Absorption 101 …
Clean up your digestive tract be identifying the foods that are causing allergies, intolerances, or both, through the use of an elimination diet, a food test, and a pulse test, all of which are so economical they’re practically FREE in your home! You got a pen, paper, and some determination, great!
Eliminate the 12 BAD FOODS that cause inflammation to your intestinal lining - the villi. REMEMBER the villi are absolutely mandatory for direct absorption of nutrients into the blood stream, and if your GI tract (intestines, stomach or any other part) then your body won’t be able to absorb or break down proteins into the simplest of amino acids, or fats into fatty acids and triglyerides. We are not meant to absorb whole proteins, so when you can’t break them down proteins the body recognizes them as foreign invaders - and your digestive system may have been this way since you were a child -HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE ALREADY USED TO IT? You Don’t!
Wholistic Supplementation …
The body NEEDS 90 Essential Nutrients: calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D, Thiamine (B1), molebdynum, gallium, selenium, strontium, the list goes on…
Why? because the body is synergistic in natureand one nutrient requires several others to work effeciently in the first place. For example, Vitamin C does not work without selenium, iron, copper, essential fatty acids, vitamin D, cholesterol, iron, iodine, and a whole host of other nutrients. Calcium needs, strontium, iron, magnesium, boron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, vitamin D, glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, and a whole host of other nutrients.
You MUST adhere to the laws of your body - you must be able to absorb it before hand!
One last rhing, and it’s rather an important one - it is absolutely mandatory that you check the quality control of the supplement companies before you buy, this is one of the most fundamental reasons, I believe, why people do not stick with it, because the products they buy don’t work and they lose their faith in all supplementation, when there are companies that have BETTER quality control, and have much higher standards when storing, and putting products on shelves, and the whole recipe that informs their products to begin with. For example, nutri-crystal powder that turns into liquid, or liquid supplements are way more absorbable to our bodies! Especially colloidal minerals in liquid form (that are 98% absorbable!).

This is another controversial topic as eating patterns differ for so many different people and it depends on so many different factors …
Your sleep-wake cycle
Hydration
Protein intake
Glucose tolerance level
Whether or not you have dietary restrictions or rules dependent on health, religion or economical status
What your current eating pattern is.
