'Minerals: The Threat To The Medical Profession . . .'

Alright, this lack of awareness around minerals and their uses has really got me fuelled and frustrated, but at the allopathic medical profession, the government and medias of the world.

The reason it’s got me fuming and motivated is because helping your body to support and promote its ability to fix itself is so fucking easy, and yet, they don’t educate you in schools, why?

For example, if you have any of the following: osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, bone spurs, heel spurs, cramps or twitches then you have a calcium deficiency.

If you have age spots/liver spots, high risk of cancer, or low immunitiy, then you have a selenium deficiency.

If you have goiter, or low functioning thyroid, then you have an iodine deficiency.

And I could go through the list of all the essential nutrients and their symptoms, because they’re called essential minerals for two reasons:

  1. Our body’s cannot manufacture them; we must consume them every day through food or supplements

  2. if we are deplete of any number of these nutrients for a number of months, or a number of years, then we get a whole list of these horrible diseases and symptoms . . .

And you don’t want a whole host of bone & joint, or immune problems, when you’re body’s been warning you for 5, 10, 15 years. However, you cannot just jump from one thing to the other, you have to become aware of this stuff first, and there’s a method to it, which is why I tell people about the nasty effect of the 12 bad foods first, one of which, is that it significantly dampens your ability to absorb nutrition in the first place; and then people wonder why supplements don’t work, then they will lose faith in all supplements and that’s just the wrong attitude to have.

When you go to a restaraunt and have a bad experience, do you loose faith in all the restaraunts?

… I mean, thank goodness for McDonalds, right?

All supplements are not created equally, a lot of companies will cut corners to put products on shelves, or just lack an understanding of how wholistic nutritonal supplements work in the body… and some are just fucking lazy. However, there are some good ones, and it’s those companies that know what they’re doing.
