A LESSON IN CONFIDENCE

IN AND OUT OF THE GYM

Hi everyone!

I’m just gonna dive straight into this one . . .

Confidence, tends to be used in a gym setting when we psyche ourselves up to complete a set or a really difficult class that is challenging us . . .

However, Confidence should be used all the time in your daily life!

Use it, and if you don’t have the level of confidence you require yet, then demand it of yourself through affirmation and back it up with he action steps you need to achieve your goals - in and out of the gym.

And if you have not done this yet, maybe it’s something you should consider; because confidence is not something someone is born with, no, it is developed and mastered.

Going to the gym every da, or even three times a week, is a good start to getting you on the right path to developing confidence.
