GYMMING & THE FOUR SEASONS

CONQUERING THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all well and kicking ass right now (but not physically against someone, of course), in competition.

Today is the recording day I mentioned during the Christmas holidays. Once per week I will give you guys FREE raw recordings of topics that can help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. Sometimes more recording throughout the week depending on the relevance of the recording to the topic at hand.

You can always listen in to these as you’re working out, or before a session to keep these principles of fitness and nutrition in mind; and remember, MINDSET is still a HUGE part of WORKING OUT.

. . . And, like marathon swimmers adapting to the conditions of 14-17 degree cold water, YOU can adapt to ANY exercise you put your mind (and body) to.

A Lesson in Adaptation

A lot of people become uncomfortable with change, even the very small minute changes, but what people don’t realise is that change happens ALL THE TIME.

In fact, just like the golden leaves of Autumn falling to prepare for the cold and heavy snow, the only thing that does stay the same, is the CONSTANT CHANGE that happens world wide.

Teaching Yourself to Adapt to Exercise

REPS: This all has to do with the amount of reps you put in the gym - the MORE you become FAMILIAR with the BASICS, the less you will have to think about performing them.

Once the basics are set in your subconscious, you can focus on using them as a bases for adaptation.

Remember that it takes TIME to develop your STRENGTH and SKILLS. Be AGRESSIVE;Y PATIENT - meaning, be patient about the results coming, but know, the more work you PUT IN, with INTENT, the more fruitful your results will be!
