The Imaginary Fear
Hi everyone,
Today, I wanted to share with you some thoughts that were going through my mind whilst performing my technique training in the gym.
Sometimes, when you start a different type of training is new to ‘you’, you may feel like you’re being judged by people in the area of the gym where you’re working out.
This is normal and something that you’re going to have to overcome, and you will eventually if you stick at it!
For any reason, when you feel like you’re being judged, we often project those thoughts outward, and it’s almost like it becomes reality for us, when in fact, we’re letting our fears of being judged take hold.
Remember that ‘your journey’ is different to someone else’s, and that any amount of progress takes time before it shows up in your physical appearance and performance . . .
So stick at it!
