AND OUTWIT MOTIVATION
PEOPLE RELY TOO MUCH ON MOTIVATION . . .
Motivation is fleeting at best, and it always flickers out like a weak candle in the breeze.
DISCIPLINE ALWAYS OUTLASTS MOTIVATION . . .
You learn to cultivate discipline in the gym by doing the mundane tasks inside and outside of the gym:
Frequent fitness sessions.
Prioritizing your rest and sleep.
Tracking your calories.
Making sure you supplement.
Getting your water in.
Making this list before you go to bed every night so it’s fresh in your mind.
DOING IT EVERY SINGLE DAY!
This IS how you develop this SKILL.
And when you keep showing up to the gym, you’ll see results, not only in your physical capabilities, but your MENTAL GAME as well.
You will be able to go for longer in the gym, because you will have become so durable, both physically, and mentally, that you will have an edge over your gym buddies, your friends, and in my experience, over some PT’s as well!
