'And What to Do About It'

In 5 minutes or less you’ll learn:

  1. The True Cause of Obesity

  2. How to Take Fat Soluble Vitamins Correctly

  3. How Wholistic Nutrition Works

FAT DOESN’T MEAN FAT

Fat, particularly, saturated fat, and cholesterol, have been demonized almost to the point of no return . . .

Misinformation breeds misinformation, and therefore, you don’t know what you don’t know.

Wholistic Nutrition: Taking Nutrition Properly

First and foremost, vitamins: A, D, E, and K, are all FAT SOLUABLE vitamins need to be taken WITH FAT; and vitamin A needs zinc, selenium, iron, copper, iodine, and a whole host of other nutrients to work properly. And vitamin D needs CHOLESTEROL, calcium, magnesium, boron, strontium, phosphorus, potassium, and other nutrients like silica, to reverse and prevent osteoporosis, lordosis, arthritis etc.; and to operate properly. Vitamin E needs selenium, zinc, iron, copper and others, to reverse conditions such as cystic fibrosis.

As well as taking your fat soluble vitamins with fat, you can also consume them in nutri-crystal or colloidal form. These are liquid, which means they are much easier for the body to absorb.

Saturated fat and cholesterol are essential for eye health, healthy blood, a healthy spinal cord, and a healthy brain. In Dr. Perlmutter’s book ‘Grain Brain’, he talks in depth about how fat is needed for, you guessed it, the health of your brain function and neurons. He recommends recipes that involve a whole lot of fish, avocado, steak, cheese, and eggs!

In Nina Teicholz’s book ‘The Big Fat Surprise’ she picks apart the terrible research that has been done on fat, and made very in-depth notes about the interviews she’s had with some of these researchers and head of institutes, that reveal to her the truth and cover ups about their papers. Some of these people were actually bullied into doing this. ‘…if you don’t say this, you won’t be allowed back in our group’. Some of these people were never let in again. It sounds obsurd, when you hear stuff like this, and because most of us are good people, we expect the same from others, but this is what these people do to get their way.

The True Cause of Obesity

Fat never meant ‘you’ll get fat’, carbohydrates on the other hand, are what causes obesity, blood sugar problems and metabolic syndrome. And it would be interesting, for you to know that, the Oil Industry made hundreds of thousands, may be millions of pounds of the false notion that “saturated fat was bad for you”. However, Ancel Keys, Walter Willet and other interested parties, didn’t exactly help when they demonsied fat, and what that did was take the spotlight off carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates provide us energy, yes, but carbohydrates today, are being consumed like they’re going outta style. How many of us consume bread, cakes, pasta, crackers, cookies, and poastries on a daily basis? You see them que at Greggs, Costa, and McDonalds, ready to devour those tasty items, and yet, they cause havoc on your blood sugar, weight, and brain health.

However, don’t go from one extreme to the other with this, some people can, but others can’t. Try reducing the amount of Refined Carbs by just 5%, and try that.

Thank you for reading and for your support. I appreciate it more than you realize.

Be Energetic, Be Healthy, and have a wonderful day!

Brad
