Your Ability To Recover From The Gym: 'Green Agenda' Ain't Good For It

And Here's What You Can Do About It

Hi everyone!

I think it’s important to address the other “animal” in the room here . . .

Recap of Last Article

Remember on the previous article when I talked about how the life cycle actually relies on us humans expelling waste so the plants can use that carbon dioxide to manufacture vitamins, fatty acids and amino acids.

The other part of this is the manufacturing of lithium batteries that are made for electric cars, laptops, phones, tablets, and other machinery.

Please allow me to explain how this effects your exercise and recovery from the gym.

Mining & The Contamination Of Water

Published in Reuters, within the last three years or so, the writers stated: ‘800, 000, 000 gallons of drinking and irrigation water is used to make 1 ton of lithium battery’.

This is just the tip of the iceberg . . . you then have this statement from ‘Danwatch’:

According to Stephan Lutter, a professor at the Institute for Ecological Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, who has researched water-intensive mining, …

… this is a general problem with “water-mining”. He points out that similar industries often affect the water resources of other reservoirs they do not pump directly from, as the underground water deposits are connected.

“It affects both the local population and the environment,” Stephan Lutter says.

Earlier this year, researchers at Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability published the most comprehensive independent study on the issue so far. It identified a clear negative correlation between lithium extraction and the vegetation and soil moisture of the Atacama.

The above articles going onto state that: ‘. . . we just don’t know, that’s the problem’.

One more piece before I wrap this up with the ‘tie-in’ to fitness.

Due to the mining process for the extraction of lithium, there’s ALWAYS a risk of spillage and leakage of poisonous chemicals into the rivers and reservoirs around the areas where the mining takes place.

According to the Institute for Energy Research (IER), ‘. . . dead fish were found in the waters of the Liqi River, where a toxic chemical leaked from the Ganzizhou Rongda Lithium mine.’

What provides is with nutrition, particularly phytonutrients? Berries, tomatoes etc.

WHAT’RE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT?

  1. Eliminate all chemicals, processed and ‘fake’ foods from your diet.
