GETTING ADEQUATE REST & DEVELOPING A SUCCESS MINDSET

There is a nuance here though - the mind needs rest, just like our body, if you ought to gain control over it.

Just like our body, our mind needs rest to filter out toxins built up during te days and sometimes weeks. However, once we’ve had adequate rest for our minds to recover, we can then begin to gain control of the mind through the practice of persistent action toward our goals, whatever they may be.

This persistent action forms good habits which form the awareness and the attainment of the goals you DESIRE. However, because this is primarily a fitness and nutrition service, I’m going to focus on those elements today.

This persistent action forming those excellent habits that you form to build yur success, may look like the following daily actions:

  1. Eat clean

  2. Drink 4 litres water a day

  3. Complete one 30-minute workout per day

  4. Get 7-10 hours of good quality sleep per day.

And from here, you WILL be ale to gain control and awareness of your mind, particularly ‘the bitch voice’ that makes those excuses of ‘why’ you “cannot” do those things - and this is very valuable!
