Dyno-Deadlift PART I
Tinkering with Technique

Lets. Get. Dynamic.
A lot of this audience has either done a lot of deadlifts, or has seen a lot enough to try the the traditional deadlift technique. The technique itself is great for strengthening the muscles of the posterior chain, which, when trained properly and practiced over a long period of time, is essential for supporting your lower back into your old age.
Now, I want you to picture someone in your family, someone who could either be your mam, dad, grandma, or grandad, and think about how they are when moving about the house, possibly struggling to make their way up the stairs, and may be they’re hunched over and are in a lot of pain and discomfort - Now, I want you to imagine that that, …is YOU.
You see, people do not think about the long-term consequences of abandoning strength training, and you don’t necessarily have to train to be “big”, that’s an old school way of thinking that needs to be abolished.
When you perform strength training and recover properly like what we talk about on this newsletter often, then you are going to strengthen the muscles that support your back and the rest of your posterior chain - and this is how you maintain healthy muscle tissue, or transform unhealthy muscles tissue into healthy tissue.
And the deadlift itself doesn’t have to remain stale or the same, there are many alternative to deadlifts, some, that are actually crucial for developing strength in the posterior chain, and unilateral strength in limbs that may be weaker than their opposition. If you’re a righty then your lefty may be suffering from neglect.
Below, you will see a few different deadlifting techniques that you can use to ‘tweak’ your training, ENJOY!
