PAC-MAN Protein
What do these GOOD FOODS do once they’re in my system?
And, just to be clear, I want to avoid using the term ‘super foods’ because I honestly think the indutry has abused this term far too much to the point that has actually (almost) relegated the effect these amazing foods have on the body.

No, I think it’s time to first, discuss the amazing effects of protein, because protein gets a lot of heat (no pun intended)… what I mean is it always seems to be linked with muscle when talked about in some intervies and when it’s highlighted in social media. Protein does SO MUCH MORE for you then just help you recover your muscles. Your entire IMMUNE SYSTEM is made from protein!
Proteins such as your immunoglobulins, globulins, your mast cells, your T-cells and your B-cells …
Immunoglobulins neutralize toxins and bind to antigens
T-cells recopgnize different antigens and kills unwanted cells
B-cells develop lymphoid tissue, regenerates tissue, and is activated in the appendix - so don’t have your appendix removed!
Macrophages go around “hunting” and gobbling up cellular debris like Pac-Man, and pathogens to oppose infection.

Protein also MAKES MORE PROTEINS, but you need a minimum of 30g of animal or whey protein for your body to make more protein for your immune function and for muscle recovery.
Bonus 1#: I also want you to think about this … your DNA is made up of protein, and you need protein to generate new hair folicles on your skin for heat regulation and to recycle the hairs on your head and to make the collagen in your skin which you need for your skin to be elastic and flexible, and er, by the way… this is organic and natural, providing you have the right NUTRITION!
Bonus 2#: To break down proteins you need a stomach acidity level (pH) of 1.0-1.5.
