The 12 BAD Foods

Hi everyone!

Today I wanted to talk about the initial phase of this step, which is to talk about all of the necessary parts of this wonderful equasion.

But I’m not going to throw them all at you at once like an oncoming baseball! No, we’re not doing that. 

I want to, instead, teach you about the fundamentals, starting with NUTRITION, but not in the way you’ve been taught in schools or led to believe through media propaganda. I’m going to first, show you the basics:

Before I get to the nutrition I think it’s absolutely essential to understand that without, first, an optimal ability to digest the nutrients following, then you will not be able to heal from the inside out!

To this you need to A)Eliminate the 12 bad foods and Identify any allergies and B)Allow time!

So whart are the 12 bad foods?

  1. Wheat

  2. Barley

  3. Rye

  4. Oats

  5. Fried Food

  6. Oil in a bottle

  7. Burnt Meat

  8. Nitrites/nitrates in meat

  9. Skins of baked potatoes, yams or sweet potatoes when they’re crispy

  10. Carbonted drinks

  11. Corn

  12. Soy

Why? Because the damage your intestinal villi, and when that happens you begin to create malnutrition and malnutrition is the basis of All chronic diseases (diabetes, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, heart problems, cancer, lung problems, the list goes on)

  1. 60 minerals

  2. 16 vitamins

  3. 12 amino acids

  4. 2-3 essential fatty acids (EFA’s)
