My Thoughts . . .

I remember watching the 2019 CrossFit Games on Netflix for the first time and thinking ‘man! Who are these guys? They’re at a completely different level!’

I didn’t realise till much later who Mat Fraser actually was. I had my way of thinking challenged, because of so called “traditional teachings” - ‘how on earth can these men and women be so ‘jacked’ and still have so much endurance?!’ I thought.

After reading Mat Fraser’s book, which explained the level of dedication to working on different fitness components in the same day, as well as his own identified weaknesses; I realised ‘how’ this was achievable.

These men and women dedicate and INVEST so much of their time and effort into improving their selves that it becomes quickly apparent why they’re at the level they’re at.

This inspired me further! I want to now, achieve those heights. And although I’m just starting out, it’s amazing to me that we have so many GOOD examples out there!
