Change Your Environment in 2024!
As POWERFUL as a Whale, As FAST as a Cheetah, . . .
The Blue Whale has MASSIVE POWER to push through the hardships of the sea.
The Cheetah has the SPEED to run after it’s prey in the wild.
The Gorilla has ENORMOUS AMOUNTS of MUSCULAR ENDURANCE and STRENGTH to continually climb trees for hours.
Do you see the pattern? In every single one of these examples they all have mastered particular COMPONENTS of FITNESS, not because of training, but because of THEIR ENVIRONMENT and the conditions in which they had to LIVE.
What’s the point? The point is that if each one of you observe your current environment:
The people you surround yourself with
The food that’s currently sitting in your fridges and cupboards
The cleanliness and tidiness of your home
And your internal environment, such as your: water, the food you put in your body, and any bad smoking or excessive drinking habits.
…all contribute to YOU achieving your goals or not! If you keep buying shitty foods, because ‘so and so “likes” them’ or because “my partner eats them (so I eat them)”. “I get them for the bairn, and occasionally you know, I have a nibble”.
“My mates drink, so I do, because I don’t want to be left out”. These are excuses!
Silence your “bitch voice”. No one is making you do this but YOU!
When you RAISE YOUR AWARENESS of when you tell yourself these stories then you can tell it to fuck off — with more people succumbing to health detriments since the vaccine, and especially now that winter is here, you need to start thinking about the correct choices to make ad looking at the BIGGER PICTURE, and the long-term consequences to your fitness goals, your health, your energy, and the example you will set for others behind you!
If you don’t take action of correcting your environment, then you will never become as POWERFUL as a Blue Whale, as FAST as a Cheetah, or as STRONG and Durable as a Gorilla!
