WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH RESISTANCE BANDS?

Hi Everyone!

Today I wanted to talk about Resistance-Band Exercises, because:

  1. They’re economical

  2. They’re easy to use

  3. And there’s a shit tone you can do with one . . .

But, and apologies if I sound like a cheesy infomercial, that was not my intention. I just wanted to share my enthusiasm with you all, because this piece of equipment you can get for £4 - £15 depending on where you shop. Some you can get at Hoe Bargains for £2.99 - £3.99.

The exercises I’m going to share with you, you can do all in your home. And I do not want you thinking that all you’ll need is a resistance band, BUT, you CAN do a lot with them!
