DEVELOPING PERSISTENCE AND THE DESIRE TO WIN!

Hi everyone! 

The time to take action is NOW!

Getting Results!

Do not sit and wait for people to pull you along, or ‘someone to give you a break’, because when it comes to fitness, you have to put in the reps, the work ethic, and the effort!

No one is going to do it for you; and don’t think you can rely on motivation either, because motivation is fleeting at best.

It is unreliable, because it requires emotion - ‘I don’t feel like doing it’ should NOT BE IN YOUR VOCABULARY!

If you DEVELOP PERSISENCE through ‘working your plan every day’, then you WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE!

So develop the skill known as PERSISTENCE, and leverage it to your advantage in everything that you do.

How? 

To develop persistence requires a bit of will power in the beginning.

One of the ways you can develop persistence that’s worked for me, is the use of lists.

Make a short list every single day of tasks you want to complete, or the good habits you want to form.

Tick them off gradually throughout the day. And as you tick them off you’ll begin to ‘feel good’ because our body’s releases dopamine and we gain a sense of accomplishment.

Another way of doing this is through an audio list, especially if you’re pushed for time one day.

An audio list is a great way of reminding yourself what you need to do, then ticking it all off at the end of the day!

BECOME UNSTOPPABLE, BECOME A FORCE TO BE RECKONNED WITH!
